Wow, this looks amazing! I absolutely love this piece of art o.O
The background is just gorgeous and I really like the little rainbow that is "made" my Rainbow Dash (you know what I mean xD) The light reflection is an awesome detail, but be careful not to make too much of them. I also love how you did her wings and the whole character. The only thing you could keep in mind for next time is the face, it looks a little bit unnatural. The shadow caused by her front leg is just perfect with the sun and as I was saying the background is beautiful!
All in all great job! Keep going, your art is great! <3
